My name is Henrik and I will be helping you with everything you need to know before your kayak excursion with us! If throughout this process you have any questions, please contact me on +34 639 908 367.
Your tour date and time are confirmed within the header of this email. However please ensure that you arrive AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE to give yourself time to park and arrive down to the beach. You will want to ensure that you give yourself enough time to get there without any delay. Those who are late for a tour may not be able to carry out the activity.

You can then park directly on the beach and walk find our little beach bar directly on the beach! We recommend all clients to plan their routes well in advance and give themselves time to park. Please keep in mind that if you do not arrive on time, you may not be able to carry out your kayak excursion at your originally booked time!
For those who have not paid prior to the tour, we wanted to remind you that payment for your booking must be made with cash.
This is because we do not have a card machine on-site due to poor signal connectivity. Therefore, we kindly request that you settle the outstanding amount in cash on the day of the excursion.
If you are not able to arrange payment before your excursion online or visiting the Siesta Advisor shop for card payments, or on the day of your excursion in cash, you may not be able to carry out your excursion.

Whether you're swimming in the crystal-clear waters or exploring scenic trails, a basic level of fitness enhances your enjoyment. Don’t worry – you don’t need to be an athlete! Just bring your enthusiasm and a readiness to participate.
Your Well-being Matters: Your health and safety are paramount. If you have any medical conditions or concerns that might impact your full involvement in the activities, we're here to listen and accommodate.
Equipment and Safety: In activities like kayaking, we use top-notch equipment designed for everyone’s safety. For these specific activities, we observe weight guidelines to ensure the best experience. If you or anyone in your group is over 100 kilograms, please contact us before the excursion.
Responsibility and Refunds: It is the responsibility of each participant to assess their physical fitness and capability to participate in the excursion. Please note that inability to complete the activity due to lack of fitness, health issues, or not adhering to weight requirements will not entitle participants to a refund.
As part of your experience with Siesta Advisor, we capture the joy and excitement of your excursion in photographs. After the tour, these memories will be sent to you via a collective Google Drive link, completely free of charge, allowing you and your fellow adventurers to relive all the adventure.
Occasionally, some of these photos perfectly showcase the spirit of our tours and may be used for marketing purposes, like on social media or our website. While these images are shared in our collective Google Drive and may be visible to others, please be assured of our commitment to respecting your privacy. No personal details will be disclosed.
