To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you arrive AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. This will allow ample time for parking and making your way down to the beach. It's important to plan ahead and avoid any potential delays. In fact, we highly recommend arriving early to ensure easy access to the beach.
Please be aware that those who arrive late for the tour may regrettably not be able to participate in the activity. Accessing Cala Granadella can be quite challenging, especially during peak seasons and weekends due to limited parking availability. The local Town Hall enforces beach closure when the parking area reaches its capacity and the beach becomes too crowded. To make your visit smoother, here are some convenient ways to access the beach:
In case the guards do not permit entry, you may need to take a 40-minute walk to reach the beach. You can refer to the image provided to see the walking route. No worries, though, because after your paddle board excursion, Siesta Advisor will be happy to transport you back up to your car.

For those who have not paid prior to the tour, we wanted to remind you that payment for your booking must be made with cash.
This is because we do not have a card machine on-site due to poor signal connectivity. Therefore, we kindly request that you settle the outstanding amount in cash on the day of the excursion.
If you are not able to arrange payment before your excursion online or visiting the Siesta Advisor shop for card payments, or on the day of your excursion in cash, you may not be able to carry out your excursion.
