As we gear up for a season of unforgettable memories and learning, we'd like to share some important information to help you prepare for this exciting journey.

Our camp offers an unparalleled opportunity for young explorers to connect with nature, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships. Each day at Siesta Advisor is meticulously planned to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and holistic experience for all campers.

Please take a moment to review the following details carefully, as they contain essential information about camp schedules, preparations, and our commitment to your child's safety and enjoyment. We appreciate your attention to these matters and are here to answer any questions you may have.

• Half-Day Camp (09:00-14:00): Ideal for campers who want to experience the thrill of adventure while balancing other activities or family time. This option includes a dense schedule of activities and educational experiences, perfect for those seeking a dynamic but shorter camp day.


• Full-Day Camp (09:00-17:00) Our fully immersive experience, designed for those who wish to dive deeply into the Siesta Advisor experience provides an extensive opportunity for adventure, learning, and skill development. Campers benefit from additional time for extended activities, deeper educational sessions, and more comprehensive skill-building, ensuring a rich and fulfilling camp experience.

We ask that you arrive a little earlier on the first day to complete essential paperwork, including medical, allergy, and liability forms. This process is crucial for us to ensure the utmost care and safety for your child during their time at our summer camp.

• Check Your Email Header: For your convenience, any remaining balance for the summer camp fee is indicated in the header of this email.


• Credit Card Payments: If you prefer to settle the balance using a credit card, please visit our website to complete the transaction. This method requires reserving the activity directly online.


• Cash Payments: Should you choose to make payment on the day of the camp, we kindly request that it be done in cash. Our office is currently accepting cash payments only. For your convenience, there are several ATMs located near our premises.

Our camp's daily pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to change due to our adaptive and dynamic camp agenda. This flexibility allows us to choose the best possible settings for that day's activities, ensuring an optimal and safe experience for all campers. Here are the two locations:

• Siesta Advisor Office: Found in the header of the confirmation email - Avenida de Paris 35.


• Siesta Advisor Chiringuito: Avenida del Mediterráneo 5, Jávea

The variability in locations is based on factors such as weather conditions, maritime forecasts, and the specific activities planned for the day. This approach ensures that your child enjoys the most suitable and safe environment for their water-based adventures.

We understand the importance of convenience and predictability for families, which is why we commit to providing you with clear and timely communication about the next day's pick-up and drop-off locations. We will use our dedicated WhatsApp Group for these types of communications.

Ensuring that your child comes to camp with the appropriate clothing and personal items is essential for their comfort and safety throughout our action-packed days. Here’s a detailed guide on what to pack:

• Comfortable Clothing: We recommend lightweight, breathable clothing that is suitable for outdoor and water-based activities. Quick-drying fabrics are ideal as they provide comfort and convenience between water activities and on land.


• Footwear:Durable, closed-toe shoes are necessary for activities like kayaking and coasteering, providing protection and better grip. Additionally, water shoes or crocs are recommended for aquatic activities, offering safety and ease when entering and exiting the water.


• Swimwear: As all our activities involve water, swimwear is essential. We advise bringing a swimsuit or swim trunks that are comfortable for swimming and active movement.


• Hat and Sunglasses: A hat or cap will provide protection from the sun, while sunglasses (preferably with a retaining strap) will help shield their eyes from the glare of the water.


• Sun Protection: High SPF sunscreen is crucial for protection against the sun, especially considering the reflective nature of water activities. We encourage campers to apply sunscreen before arriving and bring extra for reapplication throughout the day.


• Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, so a full water bottle is a must. We recommend a reusable bottle to help reduce plastic waste.


• Backpack: A small, lightweight backpack is useful for carrying personal items like sunscreen, hats, or an extra set of clothes. Ensure it’s comfortable to wear and not too bulky.


• Special Items: If your child requires specific items such as prescription glasses, we recommend securing them with a retaining strap. For those who need medication or have particular medical equipment, please inform us in advance and ensure that these items are clearly labeled and packed.


• Additional Snacks & Food: For children with specific dietary preferences or needs, additional snacks can be packed.

• Diverse Water Sports Adventures: Each day at Siesta Advisor Summer Camp is filled with a variety of water-based activities. Children will have the opportunity to learn and enjoy kayaking, where they can paddle along the scenic coastlines of Cala Tango and Cabo de San Antonio. Under expert supervision, they can also experience the excitement of cliff jumping, an activity that not only thrills but also builds confidence and resilience.


• Snorkeling and Marine Exploration: We take our campers on snorkeling adventures, allowing them to discover the rich underwater world of Javea. This activity is not only fun but also educational, as children learn about different marine species and the importance of conserving our oceans.


• Paddle Boarding: Children will be introduced to the basics of paddle boarding, learning how to balance and maneuver on the board. This activity enhances core strength, balance, and coordination, all while enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean waters.


• Beach Games and Team Building: Beyond water sports, we include various beach games and team-building exercises. These activities are designed to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, all in a fun and interactive environment.


• Environmental Education: A key component of our camp is educating children about the environment. Through interactive sessions, we teach them about the local ecosystems, biodiversity, and the importance of being environmentally responsible.


• Coasteering and Cave Exploration: For the more adventurous, coasteering and cave exploration activities offer an exciting way to explore Javea's unique coastal landscape. These activities help develop courage and a sense of adventure, while also providing a unique way to connect with nature.


• “Pizza Friday” Celebration: To celebrate the end of each exciting week, we host “Pizza Friday,” where children can enjoy delicious pizza, share their experiences, and celebrate their accomplishments.
