Drive to Salem to learn about the witch hunt hysteria of the late 17th century. Walk through Salem, learning about the area's Puritan past and harsh reality of daily life under New England's early theocratic government. Tour the Salem Maritime National Historic Site to learn about the maritime history of the area. Pass Harvard University and MIT on the way to Salem.
