What awaits you:
Start this experience with a guided tour of the Arte & Pasta pasta factory located in the Vesuvius area to discover how artisanal pasta is produced. Every phase of production: from the selection of wheat, exclusively Italian, to the transformation phase into semolina; from the delicate drawing process to the slow drying in thermocontrolled cells, up to the packaging of every single package of pasta carried out manually to guarantee further quality control. At the end of the visit, a certificate of participation will be given, certified by the master pasta makers. Inside you will find a shop where you can buy various types of pasta produced.
The tour will end with a leap into the past at the Caupona restaurant with an Arte & Pasta tasting menu that includes 3 tastings of pasta, water, 2 glasses of Campani Aglianico and Falanghina wines and traditional dessert (Pastiera Napoletana)
