Route through the incredible landscapes of the north of Gran Canaria

We will visit the town of Teror, a place of pilgrimage for the inhabitants of Gran Canaria, with its Basilica of the Virgin of the Pine Tree (patron saint of the Diocese of the Canary Islands). The Plaza de Teror is the nerve center of the town, from where you can see the balconies typical of Canarian architecture that adorn a large part of the town. It is a large square that, in addition to being a place of entry to the basilica, is a place of passage to the historic center of the town

We will continue our route to Firgas, whose old town is worth a walk to appreciate the many tourist attractions that the town has. We visited the Paseo de Gran Canaria and the Paseo de Canarias, which are located in the heart of the urban area and on what was formerly Calle Real del Centro. The beauty of Firgas lies in visiting “the Atlantic Balcony”, because it has the most beautiful views of the ocean, all over the north, east and west of Gran Canaria

Finally, we will visit Puerto de Las Nieves, the coastal area of the town of Agaete. It has now become the main maritime connection between Gran Canaria and Tenerife. It is a picturesque and charming fishing village on the north coast of Gran Canaria. It has a typical Canarian atmosphere and character with surprising cliffs.
