Surfing with a local surfer is the best way to explore the uncrowned surf spots of Madeira Island. The Surf Guide program is for the surfer who want to know about Madeira surf spots or for those who don't want to surf alone on unknown surf spots. We will take you out there on the best tide and time!
Our surf guide will advise you on the best places to paddle in and out, catch the waves, and will provide you of any possible currents or dangers you need to be aware.
On the intermediate and advanced level we can help you to positioning on the line up and catch the waves.
BEGINNER LEVEL:
- 1.5 hours surf session on a easy spot like seixal. Full equipment is included (softboard and wetsuit)

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:
- 1.5 hours surf session in Faja da areia or esquerdas da padaria.
Price for one person 150€
Equipment is not included. We have board and wetsuit available in our shop.
ADVANCED LEVEL:
- 1.5 hours surf session anywhere on the island. Price for one person 200€

All Participants on this experience must be honest and competent about their surfing level.
The intermediate to advanced program is for surfers with the ability to paddle out / duck dive through the waves to the backline and select/catch waves on their own.
If you don't fit into this category, but have skills more than beginner level that you wish to improve on, we suggest booking the Beginner surf guide.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
