Cathedral and Giralda

We will enter the Patio de los Naranjos, which maintains the structure of the Almohad caliphate from 1163. The old minaret is now the well-known Giralda; Hernán Ruiz was already in charge of modifying the upper part in the 16th century to be used as a bell tower, while preserving caliphal arches. Above the tower, the Giraldillo observes the city as a representation of faith and victory. Also get ready to admire the altarpiece of the Main Chapel, one of the largest in the world.
