An Online Experience: The Tarot

If you wish to cancel your virtual tour:

- More than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund (minus the booking fee)
- Between 4 – 13 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund (minus the booking fee)
- Less than 72 hours before the tour starting time (Prague local time), there’s no refund.

If you wish to reschedule your virtual tour within 72 hours of the scheduled starting time (Prague local time), please contact us at info@praguecityadventures.com to check our availability. You'll be charged a rescheduling fee of 30 EUR. Please note that we do not guarantee the rescheduling of any tour less than 72 hours before the scheduled starting time. No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour.

We reserve the right to reschedule any virtual tour in the event of unsafe weather conditions. You’d be notified of the change as ahead of time as possible and we’ll work with you to find the best time to reschedule the tour.

The value of your transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transactions, currency exchange, or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on praguecityadventures.com, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
