Arriving at the Airport
After passing through customs, the baggage reclaims area, and all the other formalities, you will be received by our driver, who will be holding a card with your name printed on it. Our driver will wait for you no matter what – even if your flight gets delayed, you do not need to worry.
What To Do If You Cannot Find Your Driver
It’s easy to spot your driver, holding a plaque with your name on it. Although we always try to be on time, there might be occasions beyond our control when a small delay can occur. But if you can’t see the driver dedicated for you, please call our office +420 608 107 108 and we will help you out.
Travel Time and Distance Between the Airport and Your Hotel
Travel time from the airport to your destination will mostly depend on the location of your hotel and the traffic. Distances from Prague Airport and the hotels in Prague can be anything between 5km and 35km (3 miles and 20 miles), and it can take anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes to reach your destination from the airport. The city centre, also known as the Old Town, is 12 km from the airport – just a 25-minute drive.
