For cancellations made with a minimum of 96 hours' notice, there will be no charge incurred. However, cancelling your reservation after this window will be considered non-refundable unless PALAPA TOURS initiates the cancellation. In the event of a same-day cancellation due to inclement weather, rest assured you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a credit. Please note that weather-related cancellations are solely determined by Palapa Tours.

Trip Protection is available for purchase at the time of booking, providing you with added flexibility and peace of mind. With Trip Protection, you can cancel or reschedule your Palapa Experience for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the tour's start. Additionally, Trip Protection safeguards you in case of same-day inclement weather, offering reimbursement for the full ticket/charter amount, less the cost of Trip Protection and processing fees.

We kindly remind our guests that certain behaviours, such as arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, being tardy, displaying disruptive conduct towards our captain/crew or fellow passengers, forgetting your ID, or failing to show up, will result in a canceled booking with no refunds or credits.
