Ready for a gourmet cheese tasting in the suggestive Verona area? Give in to the creamy pleasure of cheeses!
You will listen to the philosophy of production, learning the traditions and getting to know the excellent cheeses that have the DOP label.
The tasting will involve not only the sense of taste, but also the other four senses, to fully savor the organoleptic characteristics, aromas and sensations that cheese gives us.
The sensory analysis of cheese starts from the sight, looking at the piece that we will taste, then comes the touch, touching it, and the sense of smell, very important because already from this step we understand if the cheese could be to our liking, thanks also to its aroma that develops once the piece is tasted; finally, it ends with the taste, savoring it and knowing its real flavor.
The experience will then end with the tasting of the cheeses presented, accompanied by the fine red wine of Valpolicella with various combinations including honey and seasonal fruit.

The cheese platter is perhaps the ultimate expression of the art of cheese making, a wooden disc on which a series of cheeses will be placed with skill and wisdom in a crescent of scents, aromas and flavors that fill the palate.

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
