On this five-mile journey, you will hear amazing stories of our rich history and see historic architecture while gliding through welcoming parks & plazas.
We will pass by the many fountains and waterfalls of Pittsburgh and cross over some of our many bridges and, ultimately, to the iconic confluence of our three rivers, Point State Park

Check in time is 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your tour
Use the restroom inside of The HardRock Cafe before showing up -Flat sole shoes only- No high heels, flip flops allowed , sandals need a closed toe & strap around the ankle .
Rider must be 12 & up and weigh at least 100 pounds minimum 275 maximum
You must be able to use the steps without a handrail to safely navigate our machines

A full refund will be issued in the event of a Segway Pittsburgh cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances
The decision to cancel the tour will be made approximately 1 hour before tour. Sometimes tour cancellations will be made sooner if weather is unsafe
No-shows will be charged
In the event that a guest is unable to safely operate a Segway Personal Transporter after attempting our training session, that guest will receive a partial refund or can request a gift card
