Guarantee your visit into the Alcatraz Island Cell house when you book in advance!
Guests will be assigned a random time slot between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Please be aware we issue time slots based on what is available without any requests.
Relax aboard your ferry boat transportation to step foot on the island. Stay as long as you wish and return back from the island on a boat that departs back each hour to the main land.
Guests will then be issued a $15 food voucher to enjoy a lunch credit at a Fisherman's Wharf partner location of our choosing. The restaurant is assigned and guests will be responsible for any additional food charges.
There is an option to upgrade to a premium food location based on preference!

Guests go directly to Alcatraz Pier 33 with their group service vouchers. There is no hotel pick up provided for this event.
Here is what to expect now that you have booked with us:
- Your Alcatraz tickets and time slot will be sent two days prior to departure by auto email.
- Guests who book within two days of Alcatraz will be emailed by the end of the evening.
- Your Alcatraz time slot is assigned by our company as early as 9am or as late as 4pm.
-The time slot is based on what tickets are in our inventory at time of issue
- The time slot is not chosen by guest nor allows them to go anytime they desire
-Our program will automatically send your tickets so there is no need to call or remind us
Viator Purchases: Viator/Expedia Alcatraz tickets will be sent by direct email through local operator The Tour Store and will not be accessible through any Viator "Get Tickets Now" Buttons. You should not expect to locate Viator/Expedia tickets any longer directly from Viator or Expedia. Please disregard any automated follow up emails from them.
