This is a walking tour that covers a distance of approximately one mile over approximately 2 hours. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Although pedestrians have the right of way by state law, our patron’s safety is our number one priority. When crossing streets, please be aware of local traffic at all times and obey traffic walk/don’t walk signs. Please stand on sidewalks and not directly on the curb, or in the street.
All structures we view are privately owned. Please respect private property and DO NOT sit on, lean against or touch any structures - staircases, fences, walls, etc. Unless otherwise noted, we will not enter any buildings or structures.
Photo cameras are permitted, but we ask that you do not use your flash when photographing near private homes or buildings.
Video recording short parts of the tour is permitted, but please do not record full stops of the tour, or the tour in its entirety.
Please dispose of waste in proper receptacles - do not litter.
Gratuity / tips for your guide is ALWAYS appreciated! Tour industry standard is 15% to 20% of your total booking fees.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however tickets are good indefinitely until redeemed. If you must cancel, you may rebook at a future date of your choice, or you may transfer your tickets to another individual.
Tours proceed rain or shine, so please check the weather report and dress accordingly – rain poncho, umbrella, etc. If weather is threatening, our guide will make the call to delay or reschedule as necessary.
Upon booking tour, you MUST provide a valid cell phone number accepting incoming calls on the day of your tour. In the rare instance that we need to reschedule or delay the tour for unforeseen reasons, we will need to reach your party.
We do not issue paper tickets, and no printed receipt is necessary – we will do roll-call at the time of the tour and check you in by name.
Smoking is NOT permitted on any of our tours.
If you have booked a pub crawl with us, please be advised these tours are for patrons 21 and over, and you must bring a valid, government issued ID if you wish to purchase beverages.
Any patron who is visibly intoxicated or acting in a manner that is deemed disruptive to the enjoyment of other patrons will be asked to leave the tour WITHOUT REFUND.
