1. Customers will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours advance notice before service starts.

2. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the service start time for rentals are eligible for reschedule or store credit only, for guided tours will be charged the full price.

3. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation.

4. Services run rain or shine.
