- Children 0 - 5 years have free access and do not need their own ticket.
- Wheelchairs for rent: High-quality, free rental wheelchairs are available for visitors with reduced mobility.
- Parking spaces for the disabled: There are eight disabled parking spaces right in front of Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
- Audio guide for an even more intensive overall experience - can also be booked as part of the online purchase process. To be picked up at the ticket offices, where the audio guide can also be purchased
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
