Our late night manta ray adventure (seasonal) is geared more towards those guests that are comfortable snorkeling in the ocean late at night. Because of the late start time, there are less boats and less people at Manta Ray Village which makes this a much more surreal experience. Start your adventure by watching the lights of Kona town as we make our way to our snorkel destination (Manta Ray Village). Once we arrive at the snorkel location, receive a full safety briefing before joining our guides in the water to snorkel with the majestic hahalua (manta rays). Afterwards, join us back on the boat for hot cocoa, hot tea or a cocktail while you enjoy the beautiful night sky and the lights of Kona town as we make our back to the pier. Because this tour is done late at night and geared towards more experienced snorkelers, guests going in the water on this tour should have previous snorkeling experience.
Trip includes all snorkel equipment, T-top wetsuits and all non-alcoholic beverages, with beer, wine and spirits available for purchase.
Check in is 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME
Please check-in at our KONASTYLE office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Our office is located in the Kona Square Shopping Complex at:

Please do NOT check-in at the boat as you will be redirected to check-in at our retail store.
All guests getting into the water MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF A FLOTATION DEVICE. If it is determined by our Captains and/or crew members that a guest does not have adequate swimming abilities, the guest will be directed back to the boat and their purchase will NOT be refunded
REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- TOWEL
- SWIMSUIT
- LIGHT JACKET
- Underwater camera or gopro
- Anti nausea medication (if you are prone to sea/motion sickness)
- We have ample space on board to store any personal belongings such as a small bag or backpack if you wish to bring one.
USE OF FULL-FACE SNORKEL MASKS
Please be advised that due to safety reasons, we do NOT allow the use of full-face snorkel masks on any of our tours
PARKING
For guests that will be joining us on a tour and wish to park at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Hotel, located at 75-5660 Palani Road, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, they do receive a discounted rate of $13 per vehicle for up to 5.5 hours. If you decide to take advantage of this option, please remember to bring your parking ticket with you to check-in. The fee will be processed and we will issue you the special parking sticker for your ticket at check-in.

Directions to the free municipal parking lot are as follows:
Heading SOUTH on Highway 19 (Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway):
- Turn right onto Palani Road.
- At your second stoplight, turn left on KUAKINI Highway.
- Approximately 150 yards on your right hand side is Likana Lane, which is where the free municipal parking lot is located.
- From the parking lot, just walk towards the ocean and turn right on Ali'i Drive
- The Kona Square Shopping Complex is located on your right-hand side (approximately 5 minute walk).
Heading NORTH on Highway 11 (Mamalahoa Highway):
- Turn left onto Palani Road
- At your second stoplight, turn left on KUAKINI Highway
- Approximately 150 yards on your right-hand side is Likana Lane, which is where the free municipal parking lot is located.
- From the parking lot, just walk towards the ocean and turn right on Ali'i Drive
- The Kona Square Shopping Complex is located on your right-hand side (approximately 5 minute walk).
