The participants will learn skills needed in top roping on ice, including:
Duration 8 hours (with meal break, not included in the price). A light, nutritious meal by the bonfire can be purchased separately.
We offer pick-up for this experience from the following locations:
Note: Pick-up from Luosto starts 30 minutes before departure. Pick-up from Pyhä locations starts 15 minutes before departure. If there are many customers at different pickup points, it is important to arrive on time and wait patiently for your own ride.

Rental climbing gear such as helmet with visor/goggles, harness, crampons, ice axes, foot-wear (climbing boots or ski boots)

Suitable personal clothing for winter weather including proper (ski) gloves or mittens. Please also bring a balaclava or a simple woolen hat without bobble / pompom that will fit under climbing helmet. Complimentary hot berry beverages included. Please consider bringing some snacks like nuts, energy bars or chocolate (caution: keep chocolate in a pocket inside of your jacket, otherwise it will freeze).
From Rovaniemi, the closest airport and Santa Claus’ headquarters, it takes two hours by car or by Skibus to reach us in Pyhä (Hotel Pyhätunturi).
Kindly note that 10% of the price of your tour is non-refundable. The 10% will be used to cover fees connected to your booking such as credit card transactions and other administrative charges. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to purchase the tour.
