Cancellation Policy

## Cancellation Policy
- Deposits made more than 7 days in advance of rental date are refundable, however, can be transferred to another date if available.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of rental date.
- If you fail to contact us to cancel within 7 days or less in advance of rental date and time or arrive late (past your scheduled
rental time) the entire boat rental fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file
- 5% transaction fee for all cancelled reservations.

##WEATHER POLICY
We do not cancel our events due to rain. In the case of severe weather or a rare case of lightning and we deem it unsafe to leave the dock, we will cancel the event and provide our customers the ability to reschedule.
