**Cancelation Policy**
- **More than 10 days : Full Refund** : 100% Refund up to 10 days before booking start time. The Full Refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card.
- **10 days or Less : Lose $100 deposit** : 10 days or less from the booking start time will lose the $100 Deposit. The remaining refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card.
- **5 days or Less : Lose 50%: 5 days or less from the booking start time will lose 50% of the total rental price. The remaining refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card.
- **Less than 48 Hours: 0% of the total** bill/cost is refundable less than 48 hrs before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below).

- **Weather Disclaimer:** THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! In the instance of unsafe weather, determined by ARB/Driver, customer will receive a refund of everything.
- If the rental has started and weather and/or rain moves in and there is a cancelation due to unsafe weather then you will receive a refund for the amount of time not spend on the water/rental.
**Damages** Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of **you or one of your guests** regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $500 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed.
**COVID 19 Cancelations** The refund policy listed above also applies to all Covid related cancelations.
Important information

We pride ourselves in top quality service and customer satisfaction. You will be receiving email updates and reminders about your booking as it approaches. Your driver will reach out directly to you 18-24 hours prior to your reservation.

What to Expect:

  • You will receive a confirmation from your driver via email and phone 18-24 hours before your reservation. Any requests from our driver please do it then.

  • Your driver will go over and confirm your pickup location, the weather for your trip, his contact information and answer any questions that you might have.

  • The driver will text/call you 15-30 minutes before your reservation start time to touch base with you and make sure you don't need any help.

  • The driver will meet your group at the dock where you will need to look for the boat name on your reservation. (Ex: Martini, Daiquiri, Mimosa, Mojito, etc)

  • The driver will help you load everything on the boat and take you around the lake as per what you would like to do.

  • (Typical Trip): Most customers enjoy a nice cruise down the lake checking out the scenery and houses on Lake Austin. After a 20-30 min cruise, most groups end up at the "Party Cove" in Austin. In the Cove, we can setup layout lily pads, floating beer pong tables, enjoy music and the scenery.

  • About 15-20 min before your rental end time the driver will start collecting all trash and water items to store back in the boat and will take the group back to the pickup location.

  • Our drivers work hard for our tips cleaning and preparing the boats before, during and after your booking. If you were wondering how much to tip: We require a standard 15% tip for our drivers for all trips. You can pay the driver during the trip or we will charge the tip to the card on file after the trip. Please let us know if our driver was unsatisfactory so we can address it. Our drivers work hard for their tips and reviews.

Sunblock, Flip Flops/Shoes, Food/Snacks, Cash for park fees or tips, No Styrofoam or Glass Allowed on the Lake
