Reykjavik Hills

Small group Family friendly 1 Hour ATV Safari tour on Quads only 20 min from downtown Reykjavik. 

All the Quads are two seated 4x4 with automatic transmission and easy to drive.

We teach you and tell you how everything works and the guides help if needed.  

We focus on small groups, safety and natura respecting. 

In this tour you are like worlds away but still so close.

 "Reykjavik Hills" takes you in a small group to the Lake Hafravatn and then up to the hills of Reykjavik, which offers a great view over the area. From there you should be able to see the "active" Volcano in Reykjanes peninsula  if some of them are erupting, impressive Esja mountain, Hengill geothermal area where they are pumping down co2 from the air and the whole Reykjanes peninsula that is now rumbling with tremor, shaking and wakening up after 800 years of sleeping. 

Along with a city view over Reykjavik and the Faxaflói bay. The glacier Snæfellsjökull might even be spotted on a clear day. Maximum bookable for 8 people Shared riders or 4 Solo riders. We can sometimes take bigger number by special request.

We pick-up from almost all hotels in the Reykjavik area but note that the Reykjavik city has made a non-pickup zones for tourist in the downtown so we pick up from special tourists bus stops over there. The nearest Tourists Bus stop is usually not far away.

If you decide to meet us at the meeting point our basecamp is only in 20 minute drive from downtown Reykjavik.

Two can ride on each Quad and prices are per person. You must book solo ride for single riders and to book the shared ride you must be two participants. So if there is a odd number in the group you must book at least one solo ride in the tour.
You pay as a child up to 17 years old and you need a driving license to drive.
