Our professional driver will pick you up from the arrival lobby of Ciampino airport (FCO) and transfer you and your family safely to your hotel or your private apartment to Rome. We only use new Mercedes vehicles fully equipped with comfortable leather seats and air-conditioning. Our Limousine Service is available 24/7. The drive from Ciampino to Rome is approximately 30 minutes depending on the day, the time and the location of your hotel.
You will meet your driver at the meeting point located in the arrivals lobby with a sign bearing your name and your last name. We need to know the airline, the flight number, the estimated time of arrival, the number and the average size of the total luggage so we can be sure you can load them in the vehicle that we’ve specifically booked for your transfer.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
