10 Craft Beer-Verkostungserlebnisse

Diese regelmäßigen Bierverkostungen haben sich seit ihrer Einführung als äußerst beliebt erwiesen. Die Sessions sind häufig Wochen im Voraus ausgebucht und einige Fans kehren im Laufe der Jahre mehrfach zurück! Die grundlegende Prämisse ist, dass wir glauben, dass es für jeden ein Bier gibt, und im Laufe von 10 Bieren versuchen wir, eine Vielzahl von Stilen, Stärken und Geschmacksrichtungen zu erkunden

Was du wissen musst;

Wie Sie sich vorstellen können, sind Bierverkostungen grundsätzlich ab 18 Jahren erlaubt, und wir verfolgen eine Challenge-25-Richtlinie.
Die Verkostungsmenge beträgt ungefähr 100 ml, sodass Sie den Laden nicht verlassen müssen.
Die Sitzungen dauern ungefähr 90 bis 120 Minuten (meistens).
Die überwiegende Mehrheit des Bieres enthält Gluten, aber es ist auch möglich, dass Biere eine Reihe anderer Allergene enthalten. Wenn Sie oder eine Ihrer Reisegruppe Allergien haben, teilen Sie dies bitte unserem Team bei der Ankunft mit.
Freunde, die nicht an der Verkostung teilnehmen, können während der Verkostung unten in unserem Schankraum Platz nehmen. In unserem Workshop-Raum, in dem die Verkostungen stattfinden, gibt es selten Platz für Nicht-Teilnehmer.
Wir sind nicht in der Lage, Ad-hoc-Verkostungen anzubieten oder die Sitzungen früher oder später zu beginnen.

Product Specific Terms and Conditions

Changes to bookings of tastings are not possible within two days ("exclusion period") of a beer tasting. In the event that your fourteen day cancellation period (see general terms and conditions below) is within this exclusion period, you will be unable to cancel or change your booking.

Changes to the booking date of your tasting may take place once and when rebooked to another date, this date is final and you will be unable to cancel or change this booking.

Third party vouchers require experience to take place prior to their expiration date of voucher and this condition remains in effect when making changes to booking.
Tastings booked using a third party voucher were voucher credentials cannot be verified (missing, incorrect or expired) will result in immediate cancellation of booking without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions
All payments are made in GBP.

Contract:
The sales contract is between the purchaser ("you") and London Beer Lab Ltd. In the event that you pass a service to a third party (i.e. as a gift), the third party is deemed to also have accepted the below terms and conditions.

Amendments of terms and conditions:
London Beer Lab Ltd may amend the terms and conditions of this end-user license agreement at any time by reasonable notice, including without limitation by posting revised terms on our website at https://www.londonbeerlab.com/terms-conditions, which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon you.

Refunds and cancellations:

You have the right to request a full refund within fourteen days of your purchase (see exemptions below).

If you wish to cancel your purchase of a workshop, beer tasting or gift certificate and process a refund or rebook to another date, please contact us via email at info@londonbeerlab.com including your name, purchase date, item purchased and payment details. Please see exemption to refunds and cancellations below. We reserve the right to make refunds by BAC transfer and may require a UK bank account and sort code number to be provided. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Exemption to refunds and cancellations:

Changes to bookings of workshops are not possible within two weeks ("exclusion period") of the booked date or within two days ("exclusion period") of a beer tasting. In the event that your fourteen day cancellation period is within this exclusion period, you will be unable to cancel or change your booking.

Changes to the booking date of workshop or tasting may take place once and when a rebooked to another date, this date is final and you will be unable to cancel or change your booking.

A booking placed with a subsequently expired voucher for a workshop will not be able to change the booking date after the expiration date of the voucher.

Third party vouchers:

Third party vouchers are subject to terms and conditions applied by original seller. This means that third party vouchers cannot be used to redeem against any open dated voucher as experience is required to take place before the expiration date of the voucher. Third party vouchers are non fungible with other products or services provided by London Beer Lab. Requests for refunds or extension of voucher validity should be addressed to original seller of the third party voucher. Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed using a third party voucher, you become a customer of London Beer Lab and are subject to the same terms with respect of exclusion period prior to experience, however change of booking date of experience remains tied to the expiration date of your third party voucher.

Expiration date of workshop vouchers, event vouchers and gift certificates:

All workshop vouchers, event vouchers and gift certificates have an expiry date of 18 months from the date of purchase. When a voucher is used to purchase a workshop or event ticket, the expiration date of the initial voucher dictates the expiration date rather than the date of the new purchase (the clock does not reset to zero). A booking needs to be in place by the time of expiration for a workshop or beer tasting, but these events may happen up to three months after the expiration date of the voucher.

Verkostungen dauern in der Regel etwa 1,5 bis 2 Stunden. Bitte kommen Sie kurz vor der Startzeit zum Check-in an und teilen Sie uns mit, wenn Sie zu spät kommen. Beim Check-in müssen Sie uns nur den Namen mitteilen, den Sie bei der Reservierung angegeben haben.

Änderungen an Ihrer Buchung können bis zu 48 Stunden vor Ihrer Sitzung vorgenommen werden. Änderungen und Stornierungen können nur per E-Mail akzeptiert werden.

Wenn Sie für diese Buchung einen Gutschein eines Drittanbieters verwendet haben, senden Sie uns bitte eine E-Mail mit Ihren Gutscheindaten, damit wir Ihre Buchung überprüfen können. Wenn keine Gutscheindaten von Drittanbietern zur Verfügung gestellt werden oder wir diese Daten nicht bestätigen können, müssen wir Ihre Buchung ohne vorherige Ankündigung stornieren.
