Our professional driver will pick you up from your hotel in Rome or Venice (Piazzale Rome) to transfer you and your family safely to your hotel in Venice (Piazzale Roma)/Rome. It is possible to stop in Firence for lunch for about 1.5hrs before continuing to Venice. We only use new Mercedes vehicles fully equipped with comfortable leather seats and air-conditioning. Our Limousine Service is available 24/7. The drive from Rome to Venice (Piazzale Roma) is approximately 7 hours depending on the day, the time and the location of your hotel.
You will see your driver at the hotel lobby. We need to know the number and the average size of the total luggage so we can be sure you can load them in the vehicle that we’ve specifically booked for your transfer.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
