###Reservation, Modification, Cancellation and No-Show

- **Reservation**:
Reservations can be made online, by phone or in person. Online reservations are prepaid in full.


- **Modification**:
In advance and at your request, we can change the rental date. Modification requests can be made by email, phone or in person. Please remember to provide our team with the details of your previous booking. A modification confirmation will be emailed to you.


- **Cancellation**:
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking time, we will refund the prepaid amount minus 10% for administrative charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance your payment will not be refunded.
A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you. This confirmation shows the amount of your refund and any amounts charged to your credit/debit card. The credit will be refunded to the card used for payment within 7 days.

- **No-show**:
If you do not show up at the time of your rental without prior notice, the payment will not be refunded.

  • The Renter agrees to take responsibility for possible damages, loss of bicycle and accessories or theft during the rental period.




  • Traffic rules must always be respected; this is your responsibility & obligation.




  • No cash deposit required! Just bring a driver's license, passport or national ID card.




  • All rentals come with high-quality LOCKS to make sure the bikes are not stolen. We will show you how to use the locks correctly as part of the rental process.




  • Helmets and child seats are available at no extra charge. Helmets are not obligatory in Portugal (except for those under 12 years old).




  • Children's bikes are available as well in a wide range of sizes.




  • Open 7 Days a week



  • April to September - 10h00 – 20h00

  • October to March - 10h00 – 19h00
