We will start with assessing your current breathing patterns with the BOLT score.
Depending on the result we will recommend one or a combination of the following options:
Functional breathing workshop to improve your overall health.
In the functional breathing workshop you will learn to identify and correct harmful breathing patterns that adversely affect your physical and mental well-being, as well as increase stress levels. We will help you unlock the potential for improved physical and mental health.
The first session will give you a good overview of where you are and what you can do to work on your goals. You will receive customized exercises based on our assessment of your current breathing ability and health levels.
For best results we would recommend ongoing support on a weekly basis for the first month. Ongoing training needs can be discussed during your first session.
