Itinerary

The day begins with a visit to the traditional pineapple plantations, where together we will discover the process developed in these glass greenhouses.

We continue towards the Seven Cities in the western part of the island.

We started walking through the “" 9 windows "” (the old aqueduct), where we crossed a dense forest of Japanese cedars (Cryptomeria japonica), for 1 km. We continue on the upper edge of the crater for 9 km, where you will have the opportunity to see some of the most beautiful views

A picnic will be held throughout the journey. Once the walk around the crater ends, we descend on a 2 km “levada”, a path rich in vegetation with incredible shades of green, to reach the parish of

A comfort break will take place first and we will return to Ponta Delgada. During this break, you can swim in the beautiful blue lagoon
