Ma Simes Surf School in St. Davids, Pembrokeshire has been firmly established as one of the UK's longest running and most highly reputable surf schools. With a highly experienced team of coaches, we can cover all of your needs whether you are a first-time novice or an experienced surfer. However, do take note that we only teach students aged 8 years old and above.
If you have never surfed before, this is the lesson for you! This program is open to any age of surfer. We begin by teaching all the basics on the beach before heading to the water to practice and perfect these newly learnt skills!
All equipment will be disinfected between lessons and social distancing will be respected at all times.
When you arrive at the surf school, we will introduce you to your instructors and provide you with all the equipment you will need. Through our basic lessons, we will provide you with the knowledge you need to take care of yourself and your equipment in the surf whilst ensuring you are up and riding by the end of the session.
Please bring refreshments, enough water and a small snack, and sun cream during the summer months.
