Our private hire boats are fully crewed by our staff allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy your day. Oxford River Cruises offers a fleet of three 12 seater electric boats all perfect for intimate celebrations and special occasions on the river.

Hiring a private boat is a unique way of bringing together groups of family and friends. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, catching up with old friends or simply want a peaceful, relaxing and private break from the pace of modern life for you and your partner we can design a luxurious cruise to meet your needs.

Our 3 boats are licensed to carry 12 passengers (excluding crew and infants).

Catering options

Aboard our vessels, we can provide a variety of picnic and afternoon tea menus for you to enjoy during your cruise. Both feel like a particular indulgence as you float gracefully down the river.

Drinks to take aboard the boat can be pre-ordered during the booking process or purchased on arrival at the departure point bar.

Please note that customers are not permitted to bring their own drinks aboard.

Cancellation Policy

**Private Hire Cruise**

Cancellation Terms -

- Up to 10 days before departure:
Cancellations made up to 10 days before the departure date are subject to a 20% administration fee.
Date changes can be made up to 10 days before departure without penalty by contacting us at info@oxfordrivercruises.com.

- Within 10 days of departure:
Cancellations made within 10 days and up to 48 hours before the departure date/time are subject to a 50% of total booking cost fee. Cancellations requested after this period are non refundable.

- Date and itinerary changes made within 10 days and up to 48 hours before the departure date/time are subject to a 20% admin fee.
