Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and No-Show Policy:**

• Cancellations and no-shows for Alcatraz Packages are non-refundable. Reservation no shows are charged in full.

**Changed Reservation Dates Policy:**

• Alcatraz trips cannot be modified in anyway. Bike rental date and times may be re-scheduled as desired by contacting the Reservation desk but are non-refundable.

**Reservation Terms & Conditions**

• FOR ALCATRAZ: Please arrive at Pier 33, Alcatraz Landing, at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure date and time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your trip. Bring Ito
• FOR EBIKE RENTAL: Please go to 501 Bay Street to redeem your bike. Bring Credit Card and ID.
• It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once.

• Bike rental will be booked for the same day of the Alcatraz tour. Call us if you want to do it on a different day.

• We take a monetary authorization on all rentals, starting at $500 per Ebike. The authorized amount is held until we have the safe return of all rental equipment.
