Everything is meticulously reproduced, from the frescoes on the walls to the vivid colors, to the Pompeii-era images; the candlelit wooden tables adorned with terracotta plates, goblets, amphorae, and costumed waiters - all cleverly and thoughtfully put together that will make you believe you are actually in an ancient Pompeii tavern.

At the "Caupona" you will taste the typical dishes of ancient Rome inspired by the recipe book of the famous gastronomy of the Imperial age, revisited in a modern way.
The menu includes 3 courses that you can choose from the chef's proposals: appetizer, first or second course, dessert and water.
The menu is accompanied by wine, kept by the Romans of the time.
