Our professional driver will pick you up from the Port of Civitavecchia and transfer you and your family safely to your hotel in Rome or to the International Airport of Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA). We only use new Mercedes vehicles fully equipped with comfortable leather seats and air-conditioning. Our Limousine Service is available 24/7. The drive from the port of Civitavecchia to Rome is approximately 1.5hr depending on the day, the time and the location of your hotel.
You will see your driver at the port with a sign bearing your name and your last name. We need to know the name of the ship, the estimated time of arrival, the number and the average size of the total luggage so we can be sure you can load them in the vehicle that we’ve specifically booked for your transfer.
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time or boarding time.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
